Step 1: Oriflame Consultant
Oriflame Consultant is the starting level and building block for all those who join the company.
As a consultant, you simply have to show Catalogues to friends and family then order the products they want from Oriflame for the Product Cost minus your commission. The average order for customers is £20, the Oriflame commission rate is one of the highest in the market and is as follows:
- Orders for Products £50+ = 23% Commission
- Orders for Products £110+ = 30% Commission

You will now begin to earn off the people you have recruited, commission from your recruits will be paid directly into your account and is as follows:
- Commission on sales of your recruits: 5%
- Commission on sales of your recruits’ recruits: 5%

Step 3: Group Manager
Once you have got a team of at least ten consultants and your + their sales is £1000+ you will be promoted to be an Oriflame Group Manager where your commission increases to be as follows:
- Orders for Products = 30% Commission
Commission from your recruits and other factors will be paid directly into your account, it is as follows:
- Commission on sales of your recruits: 9%
- Commission on sales of the team if any of your recruits are Senior Consultants or Group Managers: 6%
- Commission on sales of your recruits’ recruits: 5%
- Additional Commission on your personal sales: 5%

Step 4: District Manager
Once you have got a team of at least ten consultants including two group managers and total team sales is £4000+ you will be promoted to be an Oriflame District Manager. All People who reach District Manager level are give a £200 cash reward. District Manager commission is as follows:
- Orders for Products = 30% Commission
Commission from your recruits and other factors will be paid directly into your account, it is as follows:
- Commission on sales of your recruits: 9%
- Commission on sales of the team if any of your recruits are Senior Consultants or Group Managers: 6%
- Commission on sales of your recruits’ recruits: 5%
- Additional Commission on your personal sales: 5%
- Additional Commission on your total district sales: 4.5%

Step 5: Regional Manager
Once you have got a team including two district managers and total team sales is £11000+ you will be promoted to the top as an Oriflame Regional Manager where your commission increases to be as follows:
- Orders for Products = 30% Commission
Commission from your recruits and other factors will be paid directly into your account, it is as follows:
- Commission on sales of your recruits: 9%
- Commission on sales of the team if any of your recruits are Senior Consultants or Group Managers: 6%
- Commission on sales of your recruits’ recruits: 5%
- Commission on District Managers you have Recruited: 6%
- Commission on District Managers your Recruits have Recruited: 4.5%
- Commission on District Managers people further down have Recruited: 2.5%
- Commission on Regional Managers you have Recruited: 2.5%
- Commission on Regional Managers your Recruits have Recruited: 1%
- Commission on Regional Managers people further down have Recruited: 1%
